2. Upload your documents in the app. Our customer support team would review and approve your application within 14 business days. If there are any problems with your documents, we will contact you via the in app chat support. If 14 business days have passed and you have not been contacted please reach out to us via our in-app chat support. 

3. Once your application has been approved, you will be invited to our free weekly enrollment session. Upon completion of the session your account will be activated. 

• To request a Statement of Earnings please submit an email to info@ttrideshare.com. The processing time is approximately 5-7 business days – not including weekends or public holidays once all relevant information is submitted.
• Kindly also include the following information:
• Your name as it is on your Driver’s Permit
• TTRS Driver # (not your DP/ID card/telephone number)
• The name, address and any other relevant details if requesting for a specific company – eg: Banks/Credit Union/Etc
